HP500 Cone Crusher Head Maintenance:
Item in picture is a head of HP500, we’ve done the maintenance in our workshop. The appearance as customer stated is that the lock bolt could not be uninstalled when they were replacing mantle and concave. The real problem was inner thread of locking bolt broken as well as serious abrasion of outer surface of the head after inspection done by our engineer.
We had set a casement for the head, re-done the thread and arranged repair welding on outer surface of the head also. Head ball were reinstalled after all repairing done. The whole repairing steps were followed standard maintenance processing.
The head and tramp release cylinder are both working stably after repair.
